Mount Pleasant Heritage House Conversion with New Coach House
This once-loved 1930’s single-family craftsman home and property were re-invented to provide 3 additional units with great views and access to city amenities. While the approval process with the city took many years and ownership changed during that time, the builder patiently and carefully ensured that the heritage character of the original house was maintained.
